Community Support Services

Early Intervention

Goal of the program is to assist parents in helping their child reach his/her fullest potential. Serves children age birth to three that have a developmental delay or suspected of having a delay. Consultation is provided by a Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Developmental Therapist.

Respite Care

Goal of the Program is to provide in-home services to individuals with developmental disabilities in need of support when their primary caregiver is out of the home. Serves individuals birth through adulthood.
